At PHX Training, quality is at the forefront of everything we do. We pride ourselves on having a quality-focused ethos that is integrated throughout the business. Our team is passionate about the company, its people, and our learners.

Quality is integrated into all areas of our business, including apprenticeships, work-based learning, adult skills, welfare to work, and all our programs and courses.

Our Quality team has a wealth of experience that enhances the way we operate. We strive for high standards that are reflected in our centres and among all staff, ensuring that all learners are building successful futures and have an excellent learning journey.

One of our key responsibilities is ensuring that our business is compliant with all regulations. We set standards, monitor, report, audit, manage risks and ensure that systems and processes are in place to comply with funding rules and that the delivery meets Ofsted’s standards and awarding body requirements with operational excellence in teaching, learning and assessment.

Quality assurance, quality improvement, and compliance are integral to our business. Our quality team provides support for all staff and learners to ensure that we are always doing our best.
