What are Skills Bootcamps
Level 2
Our Skills Bootcamps Level 2 are fully funded by the UK Government, so there’s nothing to pay.
Designed in collaboration with employers, our programme focuses on the skills, knowledge and experience businesses are actively looking for. This means you’ll be learning what truly matters in today’s job market.
Whether you’re starting a new career or seeking a fresh opportunity, our Skills Bootcamp is here to support you every step of the way. Gain confidence, develop lifelong skills and take the next step towards a successful future with expert guidance throughout.
Plus, you’ll be guaranteed an interview at the end of your training.
Level 3
Take the next step in your hospitality career with our Level 3 Skills Bootcamp in Hospitality, an advanced programme designed for those already working in the industry.
We partner closely with your employer to create a bespoke progression plan that supports your ambitions, empowers you to take on new challenges and opens the door to industry-recognised leadership qualifications.

Looking to retain and upskill your team? Our Level 3 Skills Bootcamp in Hospitality is the ideal solution.
We deliver Skills Bootcamps to businesses across Cumbria, with employers contributing towards the cost of training their staff, while the remaining funding is covered.

Our Skills Bootcamps are designed to give you the knowledge, skills and confidence you need to start or progress in your chosen sector
How is it delivered?
Our Skills Bootcamps have been designed to be flexible and fit around your needs and can be delivered both in person or online. They are designed to be completed within 6 weeks and can complement your work commitments if you are already in employment.
How much will it cost me?
Our Skills Bootcamps for fully funded for our Level 2 Skills Bootcamp
Skills Bootcamp Level 3
If you are an employer looking to upskill your existing team, maybe someone is ready to move in to a leadership role, then a contribution to the cost of the Skills Bootcamp will guarantee their learning and place on the course. Contributions are either 10 or 30% of the cost, depending on the size of your business. Please contact us if you would like more details.
What will I get?
- Industry recognised qualifications: Level 2 or a Level 3
- 1-2-1 tailored tutor support.
- Enhanced career prospects – including CV workshop, interview support and preparation, application guidance and access to one of our Career Coaches.
- Guaranteed interview with local employers upon successful completion of the qualifications.
Am I eligible?
You may be eligible to apply for a Skills Bootcamp if you are age 19 or over, have the right to work in the UK, and live within the county of Cumbria.
When can I start?
We have cohorts starting regularly, so contact us via our contact form, email address, or social media, and we can get you signed up straight away.
