Skills Bootcamp in Hospitality

We are proud to offer a new Hospitality Skills Bootcamp designed to help bridge the local skills gap across Cumbria and boost employment in the hospitality sector.

Course Introduction

Hospitality has been growing in its economic contribution to the county year on year and the sector has become the third largest employer in the UK. The industry is therefore constantly looking for new employees to support its growth as well as upskilling those already in sector that want to move to the next stage of their career.

How is it delivered?

Our Skills Bootcamps have been designed to be flexible and fit around your needs and can be delivered both in person or on line. They are designed to be completed within 6 weeks and can complement your work commitments if you are already in employment.

How much will it cost me?

Our Skills Bootcamps for fully funded.

If you are an employer looking to upskill your existing team, maybe someone is ready to move in to a leadership role, then a contribution of the cost of the Skills Bootcamp will guarantee their learning and place on the course. Contributions are either 10 or 30% of the cost depending upon the size of your business. Please contact us if you would like more details.

Am I eligible?

You may be eligible to apply for a Skills Bootcamp if you are age 19 or over, have the right to work in the UK, live within the county of Cumbria.
